We Have a big Problem in Tennessee

Our EMS personnel, firefighters, and rescue squad crews are among the many heroes that serve our communities. Many of these men and women are even volunteers dedicating their time and energy to help in critical moments when seconds count.

These services we take for granted are essential and an integral part of public safety. Sadly, our politicians, both at the state and local levels, treat these crucial resources as second-class as compared to law enforcement.

Don't get me wrong. Our law enforcement is highly valued too, but neglecting other public safety providers and their cause is unacceptable. This needs to STOP!

Ever since high school, I grew frustrated by the lack of support towards our first responders by our leaders. I knew so much more could be done. I briefly served as an EMT in Tennessee, and I was able to identify many issues our emergency services across Tennessee face. It is time to take a stand! Join me as I bring awareness to these issues.
